I never really make these but since I thought of some good ones I thought I'd document:
1. To gather no new neuroses.
2. To Make Linear Progression. eg to stop planting little sprouts in all directions and gaining nothing fruitful from them, rather to persevere with things and focus my energies so that little things become bigger and better!
3. Improve my Social Intelligence.
I think they're doable, with a little EFFORT and discipline!
I just did a gym junkie day....umpteen weight machines, rowing machine, bike, swimming....wow strangely despite feeling tired and out of breath BEFORE, considering how unfit I am I was very surprised at how much energy to funnel into exercise I actually had and even more, how I pulled up after- not too achey! well not yet ANYHOW...Exercise truly is the best for stuck liver qi-herbs are nowhere near as potent as a good cardio workout! Anyway now I'm energised and dopey sleepy. Just had a pretty satisfying meal with a friend too. Contented :)

are you serious? I knew that was the answer to my troubles. here - YOU hold the baby while I go take a walk! =D
Those are some nice goals. I don't think you need 3 at all (sight unseen, I'm sure you do alright). What is that supposed to be anyway? Is that like emotional intelligence (where you're aware of your emotions and able to control them or not let them rule you)? Is Social Intelligence similar?
well let's say if I was socially intelligent I wouldn't just let the door slam in someone's face when someone is there trying to talk to me...(!) yep, need to develop a bit more sensitivity and patience for social rigmarole...basically I need to CARE more but I don't- maybe this is just sheer laziness/exhaustion manifesting as incredible rudeness. In any case I think social intelligence is acting intelligently and considering future consequences and managing them effectively. I think in some way it is like emotional intelligence but I perceive it as slightly different...
hm. You did that? let the door slam in someone's face? That's kind of funny.
Yeah, maybe you could work on that.
Go you!
=D
You need to do what I do and just roll your eyes behind the door when they're not looking. Then take a deep breath and try not to look too pleased that they're there.
