Lack of chemicals, probably. Getting tuned into the real thing, probably.
earthquakes? I was in Japan recently and felt a few small earthquakes. Was a bit unsettling especially in a country where I do not know the language and you do not know if the quake will get bigger and bigger and be followed by a tsunami.
