Firstly, let me thank you for your congratulation. I have replied you on the same post. On your post, I'm curious to know where do you live? Sidney? I have read that new and I would say that I am very surprised about the government interest to invest in pre-school education. Thing that doesn't happen at all in each of the education levels in Mexico.
Hmm...interesting, I always found mexican men so intelligent, knowledgeable, refined, LITERATE,articulate, educated and refined...maybe your education system is already a higher standard...influenced by america?
