I think I am so used to being so sheltered and protected my whole life, now, I have absolutely no idea how to deal with confrontational situations myself....arghhh!

I thought you said a long while back that you *weren't sheltered? But maybe it's just for different things.
I've never had to deal with people and sticky situations...cos there's always been people around to deal with them for me...I am completely anti-confrontation!
